Ordering can be made both online and sms. See below how online and sms purchase work. If you purchase online, you will receive card information on-screen. Later, this information is retrievable at transaction history under your account anytime. If you purchase by sms, you will get back via sms.
For others
Ordering can only be made online. See below how online purchase works. Card information will be displayed on-screen after payment is received. At the same time, it will be sent to your email address given for record purpose.
How online purchase works for cards?
For Members:
1) Find the card you want using search function or by category or by country.
2) Click "ADD TO CART" to add the selected card to shopping cart. You can add one or more cards to the cart and can click it anytime to edit the purchase.
3) Once purchase is confirmed, click check out. You will be prompted to log in if you have not done so.
4) Log in and press "Shopping Cart". Here you can still edit your purchase.
5) Click "Proceed to Purchase". Your credit information will be displayed before and after the purchase.
6) Press "Proceed to deduct my account" and your account will be deducted accordingly.
7) Card information will be displayed online. It is also retrievable from your transaction history.
For Others:
1) Find the card you want using search function or by category or by country.
2) Click "QUICK BUY" under the card selected. You will be prompted to fill up your name and email address. Fill it up for purchase record.
3) You can edit the quantity before you click "BUY NOW". Once you click "BUY NOW", you will be directed to Paypal website to process payment. If you already have Paypal account, just log in and money will be deducted from your account. If you do not have Paypal account, fill up information below and sign in as a Paypal guest and pay by your credit or debit card.
4) After settlement of payment, card information will be displayed online.
If it is not re-directed to our website automatically, click "Return to KS Multimedia" to return to our website to view card information online.
How online purchase works for e topup?
For Members:
1) Log in to the account first.
2) Find the e topup you want to order using search function or by category or by country.
3) Click "e-TOPUP" under the e topup you want to buy.
4) Fill up mobile number you want to top up. Make sure country code is correctly selected from dropdown menu. There is no zero, space, hyphen or prefix in front of or between mobile number digits. Then proceed to check out.
5) Tick the box below to confirm the given information is correct.
6) Click "BUY NOW" to proceed to the purchase.
7) Credit will be deducted from your account and you will be prompted that topup is being processed.
8) After successful transaction, your intended mobile number will receive success message from mobile operator. If transaction is not successful, we will inform and refund you accordingly.
For Others:
1) Find the e topup you want to order using search function or by category or by country.
2) Click "e-TOPUP" below and you will be prompted to fill up your name, email address and mobile number you want to top up. Make sure country code is correctly selected.
3) Tick the box below to confirm the given information is correct.
4) Click "BUY NOW" to proceed to the purchase.
5) You will be directed to Paypal website to process payment. If you already have Paypal account, just log in and money will be deducted from your account. If you do not have Paypal account, fill up information below and sign in as a Paypal guest and pay by your credit or debit card.
6) After successful transaction, your intended mobile number will receive success message from mobile operator. If transaction is not successful, we will inform and refund you accordingly.
How sms purchase works for cards? (Members Only)
1) Find the sms code for the card you want to buy. sms code is available on website. Or you can download sms instruction sheet here in English or Myanmar and print it out for your quick reference in the future. Instruction sheet hardcopy is available at our shop.
2) For phone card order, just send sms
<ks><space><order><space><sms code><space><quantity> to 92995195. For example, type ks order hc 10 if you want to order 10pc of Home Connect card.
3) Shortly after, you will receive sms containing pin or other confidential information to use the card.
How sms purchase works for e topup? (Members Only)
1) Find the sms code for the e topup you want to buy. sms code is available on website. Or you can download sms instruction sheet here in English or Myanmar and print it out for your quick reference in the future. Instruction sheet hardcopy is available at our shop.
2) For e topup order, just send sms
<ks><space><order><space><sms code><space><mobile no> to 92995195. For local mobile number topup, it is not required to provide country code but it is required for oversea mobile number topup. There is no zero, space, hyphen or prefix in front of or between mobile number digits.
For example, type ks order ehi5 91802933 if you want to top up Singtel hi-card $5 to 91802933. Type ks order my10 601294438xx if you want to top up RM10 to Malaysia mobile number 60-12-944 38xx.
3) Shortly after, after successful transaction, your intended mobile number will receive success message from mobile operator. If transaction is not successful, we will inform and refund you accordingly.
Also follow sms text format exactly for successful transmission.
