Regular users are advisable to become a member to get great discounts. To become a member, you need to sign up first. As a member, you need to top up credits to buy cards. There are three payment methods for top-up: cash, bank transfer and Paypal. For Paypal payment, Paypal transaction fee will be deducted from customer as per comparison table below. See below how bank transfer and Paypal work. For cash top-up, you have to come down to our retail shop at #02-65A Peninsular Plaza and your account will be credited immediately.

For others
It is hassle free purchase of phone cards. You do not need to register and log in for purchase of phone cards. Just browse the card you want and purchase it instantly. It is suitable for one-time user such as tourists and non-residents. Only Paypal payment method is available for this purchase. Paypal transaction fee is absorbed by us. See below how Paypal works. See "HOW TO ORDER PHONECARDS AND E TOPUP" page on how to purchase using "QUICK BUY".

Bank transfer

Bank transfer can be performed either by internet banking, mobile banking or ATM transfer. For internet and mobile banking, you need to get ibanking account with the respective banks. See below how internet and mobile banking works for some banks. After bank transfer, you need to notify us to approve the transfer credit to your account.

1) Do actual bank transfer at ATM machine or in front of your computer using ibanking. ibanking is highly recommended since it will give you the convenience and lesser time consumed. Sophisticated security features implemented by the banks will make you feel safe. See below how to set up internet banking for individual bank. Do use your name registered with us in the transfer so that we can recognize you easily during our account check.

2) If you are online, log in to your account and click "Credit Top-Up". If you are offline, go to step 5.

3) Select "Bank Transfer" and fill up the amount you have transferred.

4) Click "SUBMIT TOP-UP FOR APPROVAL". Your notification will reach us and waiting for our check and approval.

Note: For first time user, if you do not know which bank account to transfer, once you select "Bank Transfer", (under STEP 1) you will be informed of our bank account information based on your bank information you have given to us.

5) If you are offline, just send sms <ks><space><top><space><bank_name><space><account_no><space> <amount> to 92995195. For example, type ks top dbs 218063322 50 if you transfer $50 from DBS Savings Account no 218063322. Omit dash in the account no. Also omit account type such as savings or current etc. Use bank names as below. There should not be any space between the names. e.g DBS, POSB, UOB, OCBC, ANZ, MAY, Citi etc. Your notification will reach us and waiting for our check and approval.

If you do not send notification to us, we will not be informed of your transfer and your credit will not be updated. For sms notification, follow sms text format exactly for successful transmission.

Credit from bank transfer will be checked and credited to your account every hour from 12pm to 9pm daily. For the same bank transfer, let say you transfer at 12:30pm, your account will be credited at 1pm. If your transfer takes place after 9pm, your account will be credited the next day at 12pm. Similarly, if your transfer takes place in the morning before 12pm, your account will be credited at 12pm. You do not need to call customer service to credit to your account since we will follow the above schedule strictly. You will receive sms once your account is credited. In case your account is not credited at the expected time, you can call our customer service to find out if anything is going wrong. For inter-bank transfer, it will take approximately 3 working days to reach our account.

As a seller, you can accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers1 and PayPal balances. As a buyer, you can choose how to pay for items.

How to top up account by PayPal?

1. Log in to your account and click "Credit Top-Up".
2. Select "Paypal/Credit Cards" and enter credit amount. Your actual credit amount will be calculated automatically after deducting Paypal transaction fee.
3. Click "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" and you will be directed to Paypal website for payment processing. If you already have Paypal account, just log in and money will be deducted from your account. If you do not have Paypal account, fill up information below and sign in as a Paypal guest and pay by your credit or debit card.
4. After successful transaction, your account will be credited immediately.



* The same business day for the same bank transfer and about 3 business days for inter-bank transfer.

+ It is recommended to transfer a larger amount for topup since it will save you individual transaction fees. Let say you transfer $100 in one time only, transaction fee is $3.9. But if you transfer $100 in 10 times (i.e $10 per transaction), individual transaction fee for $10 is $0.84 and total is $8.4. Your saving is $4.5.
